Social networks
Communication via social networks has been developed in order to ensure the sustainability of project’s results beyond the partnership and beyond the project lifetime.
The objectives are:
to build and moderate virtual community of managers to increase their interest in implementing European e-Mentoring model in HE, VET, AE institutions;
to build and moderate virtual community of mentors to enhance their interest to be mentors;
to build and moderate virtual community of mentees/learners from HE, VET, AE institutions to exchange results/benefits they gain via e-Mentoring on employment-related issues and to increase their interest to get new skills/competencies for new jobs via e-Mentoring by mentors from business surroundings.
The best Web2.0 tools were selected to ensure effective communication of multipliers 3M-Actors via social networks. By creating groups for 3M-Actors on such social networks as Facebook, LinkedIn and opening them to public audience, the project started the exchange of opinions about effectiveness of e-Mentoring in learning process for getting new skills for new jobs and in promoting partnership between HE, VET, AE institutions and enterprises.
