e-Mentoring process on employment-related issues (ERI): virtual learning for registered users

Description of e-Mentoring platform

Within the project the blended Mentoring on Employment-related issues (ERI) is being tested and consists of face-to-face meetings and online sessions within the e-Learning environment.

e-Mentoring process

  • Online platform is designed for the e-Mentoring process and its main users: Managers, Mentors and Mentees.

  • The closed area for registered users offers the opportunity to carry out the e-Mentoring process on ERI in a confidential and effective way.

  • There are password-protected discussion areas and the possibility to manage documents for common use (within one mentoring group).

  • Instructions “How to use e-Mentoring platform” introduce registered users to the effective Management tools of e-Mentoring process: Mentee’s profile; Contract between 3M-Actors; Personal and group goals and objectives; Diary of mentoring; Session plan; Monitoring questionnaires.

  • The e-Mentoring sessions are facilitated with nine suggested learning sessions, such as: Active job seeking skills, Successful job interview, Skills and competencies for starting a business etc., which are linked with the themes of Open Educational Resources on Employability and Entrepreneurship.

Non-registered users have the possibility to benefit from an open access to the learning sessions (Open Educational Resources (OERs) on employability and entrepreneurship and training courses for 3M-Actors (Managers, Mentors, Mentees).
